Creating Cases for the AMS Billing Department

Do you have changes, questions or need additional information in regards to bills received from AMS? Effective Monday April 10th, you may contact the AMS Billing Department by simply creating a case in FOCUS with the new problem type of “Questions for AMS Billing Department”. Log into FOCUS, select your appropriate product code, and select the appropriate problem type and a billing representative will be in touch with you in regards to your case.
